Cancellation Policy

Our sauna is run by volunteer skippers. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please email warmheartsbookings@gmail.com at least 48 hours in advance. Due to frequent no-shows and last-minute cancellations — leaving our sauna half empty and volunteers showing up for no guests — we have introduced a €7 late cancellation and no-show fee. Thank you for helping us respect our volunteers’ time and keep the sauna available for everyone!
