Unfortunately, we’ve noticed an increase in last-minute sauna booking cancellations.

 

We understand that plans can change — but we’d like to share why these cancellations have a big impact on our community.

Every Warm Hearts sauna session exists thanks to volunteers who give their time and energy to create this experience: answering emails, managing reservations, updating the website, creating social posts, cleaning the sauna — everything we do is done by volunteers. When a booking is cancelled at the last minute, it becomes a missed opportunity for someone else to join, and the spot can’t be filled in time.

To keep our sessions free and accessible for everyone, we ask you to cancel at least 48 hours in advance via warmheartssauna@gmail.com This small act of reliability helps our community a lot.
